Lunchonme processes personal data to a certain extent. In line with the new General Data Protection Regulation law, Lunchonme makes transparent what it collects and how it handles personal data with the following Privacy Statement.

Lunchonme is responsible for the processing of personal data as reflected in this Privacy Statement.

 

Personal data processed by Lunchonme

Privacy refers to personal data of which it is possible to find out to whom they belong. Sometimes they are provided deliberately, others a website collects in the background.

Lunchonme processes personal data and distinguishes two types of data processing:

1 You use the services of Lunchonme because you register for the services of Lucnhonme. You have then provided your data to Lunchonme yourself.

2 You facilitate the services of Lunchonme, because as a restaurant owner you have an account with Lunchonme.

• Bank account number (by Mollie.nl)

If you facilitate Lunchonme's services we process the following data:

• Company name
• Address
• Email address
• Bank account number
• VAT number

With what purpose and on which basis Lunchonme processes personal data

Lunchonme may process personal data about you for one or more of the following reasons:

• You are a customer of Lunchonme's services.
• You have been invited to use the services of Lunchonme.
• You provide services to Lunchonme.
• You have otherwise consented to the processing or use of personal data.
  
   

Lunchonme processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To send invitations via your e-mail address to third parties in your network.
• To execute work related activities in the relationship Lunchonme has with you.
  
   

Automated decision-making

Lunchonme does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals, such as decisions made by computer programmes and/or systems, without involving a human being.

 

Preservation period:

Lunchonme will not retain your data for longer than legally required or necessary for the realization of the purposes for which the data were collected and processed. In case you use Lunchonme's services, your data will be destroyed three weeks after the activity has taken place. In case of legitimate interest, Lunchonme uses a retention period of five years.

 

Sharing personal data with third parties

Lunchonme does not sell data to third parties and only provides this data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement we have with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

 

Cookies, or similar techniques

Lunchonme does not use cookies other than strictly technically necessary.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. This can be done by sending an email to hello@lunchonme.nl

 

Security

Lunchonme takes the protection of data seriously and takes appropriate measures to counter abuse loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and/or unauthorised modification. Our servers are based in The Netherlands. In case of a security breach, Lunchonme reports this, as required by law, to the appropriate authorities. In addition, Lunchonme will contact data subjects within the legally established time limits.
